At Nourishing Hope, we’re committed to providing services and spaces with dignity and respect for all. We know that LGBTQ+ folks are disproportionately affected by food insecurity and mental health challenges.

As a designated Trauma-Informed Care Center, we offer free mental health counseling groups to provide a safe community space for people reflecting on their identity, challenges and perspectives. (That's Marina, one of our amazing mental health therapists, in the photo.)
